The organizers always accept vendors related to the wine or viticulture industry. They must register by March 2 in order to be approved by the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce. The same goes for food trucks or vendors. Registration is open until March 1 or when all five food truck/vendor locations are full. To participate, you must be a member of the Lubbock Chamber and pay for a Chamber member food truck space of $250. It includes a parking space for your truck, marketing of the event by the Chamber on social networks, security throughout the event and electricity if space permits.
